What your purchase gives you

Your purchase gives you permission to use one licensed copy of the product under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, template, design, trademark, documentation, or other intellectual property.

  • The license belongs to the Pair10 account that made the purchase.
  • You may use the product for personal work or your own business.
  • You own the documents, recordings, designs, or other original output you create with the tool.
  • The product license itself cannot be gifted, assigned, or transferred without written Pair10 approval.

Activation and license protection

Pair10 products may require the activation code issued after payment. Activation confirms that the copy is genuine and connects it to the correct customer account and permitted installation.

  • Keep your activation code private, just like a password.
  • Do not publish it or allow another person or business to use it.
  • Contact Pair10 Support if your code is lost, exposed, or rejected after a legitimate reinstall.

Desktop application licenses

A desktop license is for the original buyer and the supported computer installation stated on the product page. You may reinstall it on the same licensed computer. Moving it to another computer may require deactivating the old installation before activating the new one.

Website and self-hosted licenses

A website product may be active on one live domain at a time. Every installation must validate its license. A staging or test installation is allowed only when the product page or installer specifically includes that option.

Domain changes

An eligible website license can be moved to a new domain up to three times. Activating the new domain deactivates the previous one. After three changes, Pair10 approval is required before another transfer.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED

No selling or reselling

You may sell original work produced with a tool when that tool is designed for commercial output. You may never sell or distribute the Pair10 product itself.

  • No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or lending.
  • No sharing downloads, license keys, installers, or source files.
  • No uploading to marketplaces, repositories, file-sharing sites, or download libraries.
  • No cloning, rebranding, or packaging the product inside another downloadable product.
  • Changing the name, code, design, branding, or files does not create resale rights.

Compatibility, product rules, and enforcement

Compatibility and any product-specific conditions appear on the product page or in the included documentation. Pair10 may suspend or deactivate a license used fraudulently, shared publicly, activated beyond its limits, or used in violation of these terms. This does not permit Pair10 to access private data stored locally by the product.
